Job Summary

Closely collaborates with the Ho D and Executive Directors: Civil Engineering in directing, coordinating, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, integrating, and closing of Civil Engineering Projects. Drives general Civil Engineering related design and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and guide Engineers, technicians, draughts persons, and delegate work effectively in the Civil Engineering Department. Ensure all employees in the team are supplied with the relevant tools required to perform jobs. Formulate systems for smooth running of the Civil Engineering section to enable synergy and coherence. Design and reporting in Civil Engineering section to meet project objectives. Prepare proposals, tenders and contract documents for infrastructure services nationally and internationally.
