Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Employee and performance management experience - Previous experience in last mile transportation/account management - MS Office experience required, with advanced level in Excel - Fluent English, both oral and written
- Create and track operational metrics - Willing to work during weekends/holidays
- Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logitics or similar
- SQL or other programming language
