Senior Certified SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Certified SuccessFactors Time‑Off Consultant with strong hands‑on implementation experience delivering New Zealand leave and absence solutions across multiple legal entities.

The role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors Time Off, strong knowledge of NZ leave legislation, and proven experience integrating Time Off with Time & Attendance systems and downstream payroll.

This is a hands‑on delivery role, responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, and integration support – not an advisory‑only position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Time Off implementations across multiple New Zealand entities.
