The Wharf waterfront restaurant is looking for a strong Senior Chef de partie, this is a fast-paced restaurant with a busy pre theatre client base.
Menu style is Southern European with a strong focus on quality and consistency
About the role
- Annual salary at $80,000 plus super
- Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour Bridge
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Run your own section
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Sunday
Essentials
- Experience in fast paced a la carte service
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen
- Hold valid working rights in Australia with the ability to work full time hours
