Senior Business Development Manager / Watford / Hybrid / £60,000 base plus bonus
An established and growing B2B insight and services organisation is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate new client acquisition and drive continued double-digit growth.
You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospects through to closing and onboarding, targeting senior decision-makers across the FMCG and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
Build trusted relationships with both warm and cold prospects
Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and align tailored solutions
Manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and structured follow-ups
Represent the organisation at industry events and networking forums
