Responsibilities
Execute and analyze lead prioritization and automated engagement actions.Develop insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods.Communication and presentation of reports and in-depth analysis, including recommendations for optimizing campaigns, business processes and sales efficiencies.Provide analytics and improvement recommendations related to rep/agent productivity, sales metrics, process efficiencies and strategy forecasts.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the business and systems within the supported group; analyze systems and sales processes.Resolve technical issues, such as report/query malfunction, lapse in visualization stability/functionality and lead distribution mechanics.Assist team members as needed.
