Business Analysts represent the needs of customers and the business; they serve as the 'voice of the customer' and have a broad range of responsibilities. The Senior Business Analyst must build and manage key relationships, synthesize information from multiple sources, maintain a focus on business strategy, and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences; all with a bias toward delivering and learning, quickly.
