NRL is seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead Engineer – Boilers for a major Energy from Waste project in Walsall. This senior role involves full responsibility for commissioning the boiler package in a large-scale waste-to-energy facility, providing technical ownership with autonomy and critical involvement in a safety-critical project.

The ideal candidate will be degree-qualified in Mechanical or Process Engineering and have demonstrable experience with EfW or power generation projects. Strong leadership and an ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments are essential.
