Position Overview
What you will do - Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
- Evaluate progress versus plan monthly and agree to course corrections with manager
- Contribute to cluster/territory teams and Marketing Medical Affairs/Value & Access teams to agree on key account plan objectives and responsibilities
- Engage with peers, District Manager, and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge
- Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, including how retail practices, clinics, and hospitals operate
- Follow through on customer commitments and requests in a timely fashion
- Report customer activity in the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are kept up to date
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Amgen Performance for Selling platform to satisfy customer and Amgen needs
- Operate within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
