To bolster our oncology products, we are looking for a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer to provide technical expertise and process completion. Through collaboration between the product and development teams, the Senior Bioinformatics Engineer will help complete projects for the array of Oncology bioinformatics pipelines.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and scale production-grade bioinformatics pipelines
Lead the translation of validated research workflows into scalable, automated, cloud-based production systems
Architect and drive automation initiatives to improve pipeline scalability, reliability, reproducibility, and turnaround time (TAT)
Design and oversee secure, high-throughput data transfer solutions across AWS accounts
