• Analyze code and project rule libraries and determine their applicability to BIM deliverables at different project stages.
• Validate Revit and IFC models against project requirements, industry standards, and authority regulations.
• Prepare compliance reports, provide technical feedback, and coordinate corrective actions with project teams and clients.
• Support the development and implementation of digital compliance and BIM validation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret client standards, authority requirements, and international codes (ADHA, ADIBC, Dubai Municipality, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
• Analyze rule libraries and classify requirements as automated, semi-automated, or manual-review checks.
• Validate Revit and IFC models across Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC/Construction Documentation, and As-Built stages.
