The Senior Bim Engineer will lead Structural BIM modeling and coordination for large- scale residential projects within Sobha Realty. This senior role requires strong technical knowledge of structural systems including rebar detailing, advanced BIM expertise, and leadership in coordinating cross- discipline teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITI
ESLead and manage structural BIM modeling and coordination throughout all project phase
s. Prepare BIM models, coordination deliverables, clash detectionreports, and project tracker
s. Review and validate structural drawings and Bim model for accuracy and compliance with project standard
