TransUnion is seeking an HR Benefits and Operations Consultant to manage compensation structures and employee benefits programs across eight African countries. The role involves overseeing employee benefits administration, managing third-party relationships, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

With at least 7 years of experience in benefits management and strong analytical skills, the consultant will also support leadership on compensation processes and contribute to team development.

This hybrid position requires both virtual work and in-person presence at a TransUnion office at least two days per week.
