Responsible for managing and administering SCI’s 401(k) plan, managing compliance issues (e.g., ACA) and researching, evaluating and administering company benefit programs that attract and retain associates while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Functions as a liaison between vendors and associates.

**Benefits Administration**
+ Administers all aspects of SCI’s $2B 401k plans (one union plan and one non-union), as well as a defined contribution plan in Puerto Rico (e.g., vendor management, communications, funding, audit, etc.).
+ Additional benefit programs such as Employee Discounts.
+ Responds to associate inquiries received through the Company’s internal call center.
+ Manages annual audits of retirement plans and submission of 5500s
+ Manages annual 1095Cs and delivery to participants.
+ Conducts monthly and annual ACA review...
