Senior Barista (Dubai, UAE)

Are you passionate about specialty coffee and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Senior Barista to join a vibrant casual dining concept in Dubai.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior or Head Barista within an independent coffee shop or cafe in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, latte art and coffee equipment.
• Experience with recipe development, inventory management, stock control and ordering.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A warm, energetic, and guest-focused personality with the confidence to build genuine connections with customers.
• Ability to maintain exceptional quality and service standards during busy periods.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Dubai.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
