- Develop and own end-to-end test strategy for integration solutions including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework ensuring high coverage and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testable requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases for new features and integrations
- Ensure all test activities comply with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and GDPR
- Lead adoption of best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and test data management
