Key Responsibilities

Lead the standardization, optimization, and redesign of error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) systems across cutting and sewing operations within Jaropamex manufacturing plants. Develop and implement vision-based inspection systems, including associated methodologies, standards, and work instructions, for both in-line and end-of-line sewing process verification. Partner with Manufacturing Engineering teams to standardize, optimize, and redesign sewing guides, fixtures, folders, templates, and machine attachments, reducing process variation while improving productivity and cycle times. Optimize and standardize sewing templates, CNC programs, and process parameters for semi-automated manufacturing applications, including quilting and embroidery operations.
