About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and ownership-driven Senior Associate Talent Acquisition who will lead end-to-end hiring while also driving efficiency through smart automation and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in niche hiring, and can take complete ownership of our recruitment ecosystem, especially Zoho Recruit. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus 80%) Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination Handle niche and critical hiring requirements across technical and non-technical roles Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs Ensure a great candidate experience at every touchpoint Track and improve key recruitment metrics like TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio Drive pr...
