Job Title: Senior Associate Scientist Immunology & Inflammation
Location: Tarrytown, NY

Hours: 8 AM- 5 PM M-F

Responsibilities


+ Perform tumor implantation in mice, tumor growth measurement, injections through various routes, general surgical techniques, and collection of blood and tissue samples

+ Process tissues and purify immune cells, develop and perform in vitro cell-based bioassays (primary mouse and human cells)

+ Investigate components of the tumor microenvironment using multi-parameter flow cytometry

+ Independently design, plan, and execute experiments, and maintain accurate electronic records

+ Analyze, interpret, and communicate results during internal and external meetings

+ Collaborate proactively with team members to coordinate complex in vivo experiments and support cross-functional efforts
