Position Overview
Job Purpose
- Responsible for planning, conceptualizing, developing, implementing, managing & monitoring Sales Programs.
- Identifies new markets and provides recommendations on acquiring new accounts in accordance with the company’s thrust of building and acquiring new & quality card base.
- Recommends strategies in acquiring new accounts with low acquisition cost.
- Oversees activities such as inquiries, commission pay out and handling of service issues of the entire program.
- Develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives to drive branch acquisition and engagement.
- Reviews and evaluates performances of the implemented sales programs to identify system errors, procedural errors and problem incidents to prevent recurrence of sales programs improvement.
