The Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our market‑leading MEA Projects & Construction team to work on high‑value and complex construction projects primarily in the UAE. You will focus on complex international construction negotiation support and advising as Project Counsel on commercial, legal and contractual issues that arise during the lifecycle of a construction project.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and support complex international construction contracts and negotiation.
• Provide project counsel on commercial, legal and contractual matters during construction lifecycles.
• Lead, manage and contribute to all aspects of matters, delivering high‑value outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners to develop and nurture client relationships.
