The Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our market leading MEA Projects & Construction team to work on a range of high value and complex construction projects and contractual issues for clients across diverse sectors predominantly located within the UAE.

Your practice will focus on complex international construction negotiation support and advising as Project Counsel on commercial legal and contractual issues that arise during the lifecycle of a construction project.

Transactional / non-contentious experience (including drafting and negotiating international construction contracts) would also be welcomed but is not essential.

The nature and size of the team will mean that you will lead manage and be heavily involved in all aspects of matters allowing you to make a significant contribution to their outcome.

This role will allow you to continue to develop your professional and personal brand.
