Our client is a Specialist niche Civil Litigation firm working on complex Commercial disputes. We are looking for a SeniorAssociatein Civil Fraud and general crime, you will work on high profile complex cases alongside experts with a wealth of experience.
Core duties will include:

• Leadingcasesthroughallstagesoflitigation,frominitialstrategyandpre-action advice to trial and enforcement.
• Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclients,includingmanagingclientrelationshipsandsupervisingjuniorlawyers. Drivingbusinessdevelopmentinitiativesandmanagingavariedcaseloadcoveringvariouslitigationandclaimmatters.
• Workingcloselywithpartners,seniorleadership,andotherlegalteamstoprovideseamlessservicestoclients. Overseeinginvestigationsintofinancialcrime,includingfraud,moneylaundering,andcheatingthepublicrevenue
