About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory (M&A) to join our growing Transaction Advisory team. In this role, you'll work closely with private equity firms, strategic buyers, founders, and advisors on live M&A transactions, delivering financial insights that help clients make informed investment decisions.

This is a hands-on role focused on Quality of Earnings (QoE), financial due diligence, and transaction execution. You'll lead workstreams, interact directly with clients, and collaborate with senior leadership throughout the deal lifecycle.
