Our Energy and Sustainability department is a leading practice that advises broadly across the energy transition, covering energy infrastructure, renewables projects, energy efficiency, energy markets and regulations. A key part of our practice focuses real estate related energy infrastructure – covering everything from heat networks and utility connections through to microgrids, renewable energy generation and storage, EV chargepoints and connected regulatory issues. We have a market leading heat network practice, advising developers, landlords and operators/suppliers on the transition to the regulated heat market. We also advise on grant funded and financed energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects, helping our clients deliver large scale retrofit programmes.
