Job Description
The successful applicant will report directly to the Practice Head and the Founding Partner. Lead and manage a team of practitioners and be responsible for end to end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
