JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Associate, you will be involved in a client consulting engagement. You will perform individually or lead a project team, sharing your ideas, providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process outsourcing. You will build on project team and client management skills, and further on, enhance your leadership and management capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of business consulting experience in multinational organization
• Strong procurement, strategic sourcing, category management experience
• Exposure to other consulting offerings such as supply chain management, procurement transformation, digitization, sustainability, strategic cost management is desired
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Self motivated, individual performer and ability to coach peers and junior team members
