Position Overview
Job Scope - Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to perform cost calculation and pricing determination on clinical services.
- Perform National Costing Exercise in accordance with the National Costing Guidelines.
- Perform annual cost refresh updates on clinical services.
- Formulate fee revision proposal to help ensure hospital financial sustainability, while taking into consideration impact on patient bill.
- Support the execution and smooth delivery of fee revision exercises.
- Implement new MOH policies by analysing Hospital’s requirements, which include determining feasibility of execution, cost and financial impact.
- Support the annual budgeting cycle, including financial review and analysis.
- Support management reporting and reporting to MOH.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements - Degree in quantitative fields such as Accounting/ Finance.
