The
Senior Architectural Coordinator
act as the Lead Coordinator of the design team and is responsible for leading a team of architectural BIM designers.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Liaise closely with the Structural and M&E Coordinators to ensure buildable shop drawings are issued timely to the project site team. Ensure drawings produced by the BIM team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment with the Project Master Program. Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability, and impact on different disciplines. Relate design intent from architect/design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing. Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted details are workable and coordinated with other trades.
