Position Overview
About the job Senior Architectural Coordinator - Attend daily meeting, toolbox and taiso exercise, participate actively in all safety and housekeeping works.
- Attend consultant and technical meetings at clients or consultants office.
- Attend WSHC meeting.
- Take off quantity for Architectural related works- assist Site QS to check.
- Site inspection with RTO/RE.
- Site Safety inspection and keep daily record of all activities on sites.
- Co-ordinate drawings and samples submission with consultant, architect, sub-contractor and supplier.
- Check and co-ordinate shop drawings.
- Knowledge in BIM & AutoCAD.
- Communicate and coordinate with Building Management during AEI works.
- Prepare minutes of meeting agenda.
- Submit daily and safety report.
- Submit and gather records for all RFI, RFM, RFA to Architect and ID.
