Responsibilities: Assist the Planning Manager to coordinate design detailing between Clients and Consultants Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to master programme Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works Resolve all site architectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality ...
