Key Responsibilities Plan and track shop drawing and material submission timelines
Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and suggest design enhancements
Develop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate closely with the BIM team on drawing production
Prepare and submit shop drawings for approval
Lead technical discussions with consultants and project teams regarding drawing matters
Evaluate and approve materials and finishes for submission
Carry out on-site design verification
Requirements At least 4 years of relevant experience
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in BIM and Revit
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of SIA contract framework is an advantage
