Senior Architect

Location: Seaway Corridor Region (remote or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings.
• Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings and coordinating all other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Perform internal reviews and quality checks of the models and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Lead the team in researching materials, products and technologies required for the design and incorporate them into details, specifications and other documents.
• Manage a team of consultants.
• Maintain client communication.
• Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both internal and external client needs are met and that projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets. ...
