Overview

The planning and design supervisor prepares designs, writes specifications, and provides recommendations to management for new projects.

Responsibilities

• Shall be responsible for planning and design of upcoming new projects.


• Leads a team of Junior Architects and draftsmen in the preparation of drawings and details.


• Responsible for preparing schematic design drawings to construction drawings.


• Prepares material specifications.


• Responsible for the supervision, reviewing, and monitoring of submittals from consultants for the project.


• Attends meetings with the operations group for project updates, concerns, and resolutions.


• Performs related duties as required.
