Role Overview

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Senior Analyst provides expertise and guidance in implementing customized analyses and reports, ensuring license compliance and analysis for English television (TV, Kids, GEM, Documentary Channel, News Network, News FAST & Entertainment FAST Channels) and English/French radio and audio services (CBC Music, Radio One, ICI Musique, ICI Première). The role includes performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for system bugs, enhancements, new features, and major software upgrades, and collaborating on special projects impacting On-Air, Avatega, Amagi, Cognos, VML 2.0, WideOrbit, RCS/Gselector, Business Warehouse, and related reporting requirements.
