Position Overview The Supplier Development Engineer works for the Supply Chain team as a technical resource supporting the external supplied hydromechanical and thermal products, electronic assemblies, and other products or services of a technical and specialized nature. This high visibility position helps to assess supplier capabilities prior to supplier selection, as well as supports supplier non-conformance on legacy product. This candidate will work with suppliers to identify opportunities for manufacturability improvements, address delivery challenges, part execution and quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
