What this job involves

You will have and take care of relations with private investors, within the different real estate segments (offices, high street, supermarkets, residential assets, hotels, logistic). You will originate and give support diverse transactions, portfolios or single asset deals, across all real estate typologies. You will manage the necessary documentation for investors and owners. You will have the opportunity to be an important part developing the growth within the area of all the segments within Private Wealth, most of which are in current growth, professionalization and consolidation. You will understand the more operational side of the business, key within all Private Wealth sectors. This position requires experience and knowledge of the different real estate sectors and people skills. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, flexibility and adaptation is required.
