Senior Analyst, ERP Systems (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Analyst, ERP Systems provides system support to business users on ERP application systems on Heart of House (HOH). He / she maintains and ensures all various application systems are operating stably and reliably and meeting user’s operation needs. He / She reports to Manager, ERP Systems (HOH) and performs daily application support, involves in new project implementation and life cycle management of ERP Systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision to other ERP System Analyst.
• Perform quality assurance of all functional implementations and upgrades in ERP or other related IT systems to ensure quality deliverables and optimal outcome for the Company.
