What you'll be doing

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role within our operations team, focusing on control reconciliation and tax reclamation processes. You will conduct daily reviews of entitlement payments, elections, and approvals to ensure event announcements are accurately set up in ADP, oversee manual entitlement processing, support escalations from Prime Brokerage and other key lines of business, and serve as the primary contact for the end‑to‑end Foreign/ADR tax reclaim process.

• Make elections to reclaim withholding tax.
• Complete forms for various foreign tax authorities.
• Monitor event statuses to ensure all certification forms are submitted and withholding tax is successfully reclaimed.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of control accounts.
