Position Overview
Job Summary for Senior Analyst - Business (Digital Customer Experience) - Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to collect analyze and document business and functional requirements for digital customer experience initiatives.
- Facilitate Solution Design: Work with product owners UX designers developers and technical teams to shape user-centered strategically aligned and operationally viable digital solutions.
- Map and Improve Customer Journeys: Analyze current and future state digital guest journeys identify gaps and opportunities and ensure alignment with human-centered design and accessibility standards.
