GENERAL FUNCTION:

Fifth Third Senior Agilists are members of the Agile Center. Senior Agilists come with at least 3 years of full-time business experience and 1-2 years’ scrum experience. After receiving the proper mentoring and training in Fifth Third Agile, Scrum and Scrum Mastering, Senior Agilists are given an Agile Squad or Squads to support. They will work to ensure their Agile Squad understands and applies all Agile and Scrum values and principles. They will co-create working environments that enable their Agile Squad to form into a high-performing team, delivering sustained business value in an Agile manner.


Senior Agilists embody agility using a servant leadership approach and leading by example while guiding their Squad on the application of the Scrum Framework. Seni...
