Overview

The Corporate Services Group works in close partnership with the wider business to lead, support, and enable the EPA to achieve its strategic intentions and effectively and efficiently deliver its core functions. Five key functions exist within the Group: Information Management and Technology, People and Capability, Communications and Customer, Finance and Business Services, and Enterprise Projects. The Finance and Business Services function provides leadership and support across finance, procurement, planning and performance, risk and assurance, and facilities. Planning and Performance leads organisational performance, business and strategic planning and provides high quality internal and external accountability reporting.
