Are you a commercially minded accountant looking for a role that offers genuine ownership, stakeholder engagement and career progression?
Our client is a large and growing organisation operating within the property sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their high-performing finance team and take responsibility for a portfolio of properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements and analysing variances against budget and forecast.
• Managing balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
• Partnering with operational managers to review financial performance and support decision-making.
• Assisting with annual budgets and periodic forecasting processes.
