Senior Account Manager, Client Relationship Management, Derivatives Trading

Reports to: Head of TMX Markets Products & Services & President of Equity Trading. Hybrid work model (4 days per week in office) – based in Toronto, ON.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase trading volumes of Canadian listed derivatives (Options and Futures) within the retail market.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with retail trading desks, online brokers, universities, and other external stakeholders across the retail ecosystem.
• Oversee, review, and approve all educational content for retail investors—webinars, blog articles, and presentations—to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to create and distribute client education and promotional content through social media and newsletters.
