What you’ll accomplish with us

• Ensure business development and after-sales service (Group Insurance) by establishing solid business relationships with our network of advisors, making them aware of our service offering, and building trust with them.
• Deliver and strategically position our proposals (service offerings) in the market.
• Ensure the management and retention of a portfolio.
• In collaboration with the Group Insurance Director, Distribution develop and implement the sales strategy, monitor, and coordinate sales activities with the various teams.
• Promote the iA brand, represent the organization at industry events and plan events and activities with advisors.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of finalist presentations.
