Responsibilities

• Monitor the finance processes and SOP, to identify process bottleneck and implement system enhancement in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day accounting & finance functions including payments, staff claims and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting reports and submission of monthly/periodic financial and management reports.
• Perform strategic financial management and planning as well as analyzing management reports such as P&L, financial dashboard, and reports as required.
• Monitor debtor, creditor aging and ensure AR collected on time.
• Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors and tax agent.
• Perform annual budget planning and forecasting.
• Timely monthly payroll and statutory payments preparation (EPF,SOCSO,IRB,HRDF)
