Responsibilities: Manage fixed assets across headquarters and various locations including offsite and multiple community-based premises Conduct annual fixed asset count exercises and prepare stock count reports Manage new asset capitalisation in Workday system Process asset disposals and write-offs Respond to staff queries on fixed asset matters including disposals, write-offs, stock counts, and capitalisation Ensure proper fixed asset management and compliance with internal policies and procedures Manage lease contracts for leasehold land and void deck spaces as lessee Recognise lease liabilities based on present value of future lease payments Liaise with relevant stakeholders for renewal of expiring lease agreements Extract and compute lease contract sums Handle approximately 400 transactions annually covering stock count reports, capitalisation, disposals, and lease renewals Other details Start Date:
