Position Overview
Mô tả công việc: JOB DECRIPTION- Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.
- Developing a technical understanding of our clients#39; product offerings and roles.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team and clients.
- Develop well-researched marketing plans/proposals for clients
- Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.
- Monitor the project team to ensure the project is going well.
