To lead, manage, and develop high-quality SEND provision across one or more schools within Learn Academies Trust, ensuring inclusive practice and excellent outcomes for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• An advocate for inclusive practice and high‑quality SEND provision within a primary school setting.
• Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail, particularly when managing documentation and statutory processes.
• A confident and professional communicator, able to work effectively with pupils, parents/carers, staff and external professionals.
