Justteachers is looking to appoint a skilled and dedicated SENDCo to join a specialist SEMH school on the outskirts of Nuneaton. This is a full‑time role starting in September 2026, offering the opportunity to take a strategic lead in SEND provision within a therapeutic and highly supportive school environment.

This role is ideal for a qualified SENDCo who is passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs, including behavioural challenges, trauma, and additional learning barriers.
